Valencia's Culinary Treasure: Flavours to Fall in Love with

In the heart of the Mediterranean coast, Valencian gastronomy awakens the senses with a wealth of authentic flavours and deep-rooted tradition. Here, we invite you to delight yourself with dishes that capture the essence of this land:

1. Paella Valenciana:

The culinary jewel of the region. Valencian paella is a tribute to rice. Steeped in history, this delicious blend of rice, rabbit, chicken and green beans, seasoned with saffron, offers a feast of textures and aromas that evoke the authenticity of the local cuisine.

2. Fideuà:

A delicious variation of paella. Fideuà replaces rice with thin noodles. This seafood dish fuses flavours of the sea with squid, shrimp and fish, creating a unique and tasty experience.

3. Arroz a Banda:

Arroz a banda is a dish of dry rice accompanied by fish, usually served with a sauce called "alioli". Every bite is a maritime experience that transports you to the Valencian coast.

4. Baked Rice (Arròs al Forn):

This Valencian dish, prepared in the oven, combines rice with black pudding, pork ribs, bacon, chickpeas, tomato, potato and spices. The mixture is cooked slowly, allowing the flavours to meld and the rice to absorb the delicious juices, creating a golden coating on top. The result is a hearty dish that honours the roots and authenticity of Valencian cuisine.

5. Horchata with Fartons:

Refreshing and sweet, horchata is a typical Valencian drink made of tiger nut. Accompanied by fartons, spongy buns, this combination becomes the perfect dessert to enjoy on a sunny afternoon.

6. All i Pebre:

An eel stew with potatoes, garlic and paprika, slowly cooked in a base of fish stock. Its robust and spicy flavour makes it a traditional and comforting dish.

7. Salted Fish:

Straight from the Mediterranean to your plate, salt-baked fish is an expression of the freshness and simplicity of Valencian cuisine. The preparation with salt brings out the natural flavours, offering a pure and delicious gastronomic experience.

8. Grilled Cuttlefish:

Grilled cuttlefish, simply cooked with garlic and parsley, brings out the freshness of this delicious seafood.

9. Coques:

These delicacies are savoury pies typical of the region. They can vary in fillings, from fresh vegetables to "sobrasada", and are perfect for snacking during social events.

10. Spanish Omelette:

This egg, potato and onion-based omelette is a delicious option for any occasion, whether as an appetizer or as a main dish.
